Lodging in San Jose, Saturday, May 31st and Thursday, June 12th
There will be a one-night stay in San Jose at Best Western Irazu . Reservations can be made by sending an email to Marjorie Gonzalez at mgonzalez@grupomarta.com. A block of rooms has been reserved under the name PASI at a nightly rate of $119. Please refer to the block name when you make your reservation.  Your stay in San Jose will be paid directly by the PASI, but we need you to make your reservations for May 31st and if needed for June 12th (assuming you are not flying out that day from San Jose).

Lodging at La Selva
Participants in river station accommodations/shared baths in double rooms 2 beds; and instructors in single/shared baths.

At the confluence of two major rivers in the Caribbean lowlands of northern Costa Rica, La Selva comprises 1,600 hectares (3,900 acres) of tropical wet forests and disturbed lands. It averages 4 m (over 13 feet!) of rainfall that is spread rather evenly throughout the year. Located within the tropical and premontane wet forest, the Station has about 73% of its area under primary tropical rain forest.
